As an example of our unique metal forming capabilities, Reinke & Schomann, Inc. is also an experienced fabricator of custom steel sculptures for clients in the architectural industry. The large and complex structures as shown below were composed of stainless steel, employing rolling, twisting, and welding processes to create the specialized forms to customer specifications. Our modern on-site press brake and press rolling equipment are utilized, holding tight tolerances of ±0.25” throughout.
Sculpture heights are approximately 25 feet, 1/2″ in thickness, and 10,000 lbs. in weight. The forms are tested for accuracy and quality using side load stress testing. Average turnaround times for sculptures are 16 weeks, with shipment as specified. At Reinke & Schomann, we are recognized for our metal craftsmanship of custom screw conveyor flights, ribbon flights, conveyor systems, along with unique sculptural artwork.
